Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to avoid processing delays.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
